BOARD MEETING

February 17, 2021

The meeting was called to order at 12:50 pm by President Randy Kahl.

ROLL CALL

Board Members: Randy Kahl, Jim Cook, Chuck Brand, Gary Oldenburg, Dave Warnke, Deb Warnke, Bill Sutter, Bill Gosse, Tom Kowalewski and Bobette Pronk.

Guests: Al Delacy, Bruce Schmoll and Bill Miller.

SECRETARY’S REPORT:   The Secretary’s report for the January 25, 2021 meeting was e-mailed prior to the Board meeting for members to review.  Motion made by Deb Warnke, seconded by Dave Warnke and approved to accept the Secretary's Report.

TREASURER’S REPORT:   Treasurer Ernie Hain was absent so Randy Kahl reported a balance of $4,637.67 in the RMSS account. There is $55.66 in the Designated account. Motion made by Gary Oldenburg, seconded  by Deb Warnke and carried to approve the treasurer's report.

PUBLIC RELATIONS REPORT:

Jim Cook reported hats have been put on hold until we decide what we exactly want. Found out  we needed a new image for the jackets and the new design was passed around.

SPECIAL ASSISTANT REPORT

No report!

SAFETY & RULES REPORT

Bill Sutter reported roster for dome ball on website..

WEBSITE REPORT:

No report.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. New jersey's for Prime Time Health will be beige with blue.

NEW BUSINESS:

Jim Cook and Chuck Brand reported nothing being done with advertisement or new flyers at this time.

No one has asked sponsors yet for the 2021 season.

Al Delacy offered to make copies of registration forms if that would be easier for Ernie.

Bill Gosse reported new session of Dome Ball starts February 24 with three teams of 13.

Fees for summer ball will stay the same. Deadline for signing up is April 21.

Bruce Schmoll reported he is planning on having another sweet corn feed at his farm this summer.

Next meeting March 17 at 12:30 pm.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:05 pm by Jim Cook, seconded by Chuck Brand and approved.
