Meeting was called to order by League Coordinator Randy Stocker @ 1130am.


Attending: Deb Warnke, Mike Brady, Bill Klein, Dennis Essler, Ernie Haine, Casey Doe. Will Goll. Jim Chuhak, Bill VonWald, Pat Thusius, Tom Kowalewski.


April Board Meeting Minutes were approved.

Ben Borgan dropped off the tip money raised while working at the D&R Star Pool Tournament.  He thanked the players who worked.

Treasurers Report. Dennis Essler. Checking Account Balance $7125.41. Designated Fund Balance $784.32

Discussion about number of players showing up for games in the first session.

Unless we get a larger number of players that will actually be playing in the first session for the 2027 summer season…we may have only 6 teams.

Publicity Report. Bill Kien, KAAL TV Station showed up to McQuillan to interview some of our players, take a few swings and learn more about our league.

This was aired on TV and is on our website to view.  Other stations may be out later.

We still NEED any creative people in our league to help design our 20th anniversary celebration logo design. Please start drawing and see Bill.

Twins Tickets Update.  Malissa Doe has tickets.  We are going to stop getting tickets if the people who get them don’t show up for the game.  YOU GOT TO GO!

Randy Stocker reported and has since been confirmed that there will be no dome for the 2026-2027 season.  We are looking at other options.

Randy has also sent out 2 very informative emails since our meeting. Some of the topics.  RochesterFest beer tent servers.  Thursday June 25th. Holly Brehmer is  the contact if you can help.

Moonshots vs RMSS Baseball game at Soldier’s Field Diamond. Tuesday June 23rd. 5:30-7:30.  Matt Hallack is Managing the team and needs players.

Pizza Ranch Tip Night Fundraiser.  Monday June 15th. 4-8:30pm. Bill VonWald is in charge of getting helpers.

Joe Kluck will again be in charge of the election committee.

The Draft will be Wednesday June 3rd after the games at McQuillan.

Next Meet June 17th. At McQuillan after the games.
