Randy also clarified how the board spends your entry fees. Park & Rec. $3720. Picnics: $1800. Equipment: Plus $3000. Misc: $1000. We take in about $9000. and spend about the same.

SAFETY & RULES COMMITTEE REPORT: No Report. Randy Stocker reported to the board that Willis Goll, who had headed this committee, resigned due to health issues. We need someone to step up to fill this roll. Take Care Willis. He did a great job with many updates.
PUBLIC RELATIONS REPORT: Bill Klein reported that Dave Stevens will be cooking pulled pork for our mid-season picnic. Brought up the idas of publicizing accompishments of some of our players in national championships. Meant only as a recruiting tool. Will work on it later.
WEBSITE/TECHNOLOGY REPORT: No updates.
OLD BUSINESS: Much discussion about having an A & B league. It would be great to have players being able to play without the fear of injury. All the members need to help recruit more players to make this happen. Kent Burinsma told me that other cities like Owatonna. Fairbault, Northfield and Cannon Falls have B division leagues. That could be another soarce for players. Maybe combining leagues with traval days. Lots of options out there. We just need players to help the board try to make this happen. A committee will be formed to work on this.
NEW BUSINESS: None at this time.
NEXT BOARD MEETING WILL BE AUGUST 18, 2026 Right after the games at the McQuillan Pavilion. All members are welcome.
Meeting adjuorned.
Respectfully Submitted Electronically by
Bill VonWald, League Secretary
