Treasurer's Report---Dennis E.  Checking Balance---$8001.41  Designated Fund---$784.32, non-designated funds $xxxxx.xx.

Dennis renewed our conversation from last month's meeting.  Just to clear things up.

We are over budget at this point. However, with the new sponsors, donations, hopeful increase in new league players and sale of softballs,  we should make it up.

FYI. Rochester Park & Recreation charges us $30. per player. That is our largest expense.  We may need to increase league fees next year to cover equipment upgrades, etc..

Randy thanked the board members who were responsible for getting our league sponsor commitments collected.

Place the following highlighted subject for Bob Adams, with suggested updates to: “Unfinished Business”.

Bob Adams Discussion and Vote---A secret ballot vote was taken to decide what and who should be on our website was taken,,,,,,,,,,What happens in Board Meetings is our business.  It is not intended to be shared with others.

Kluck suggestion: reword the previous highlighted text with:

A private board ballot vote was taken to decide what and who should be on our website was completed. When the subject matter is considered “Board Only” information, it may not be recorded in the general minutes.

Rules & Safety Report---Willis G.  No updates at this time.

Publicity Directors Report---Bill K. RMSS 20th Anniversary Event is coming soon.  We need anyone in the league who can design a logo for this...please start drawing one up.

Bill has also set up interviews with local TV stations to discuss and promote our league.

Update on Dome League---Randy thanked Joe Kluck and his helpers. Jim Goodman, Jim Chihak, Bill Beaupre, and many more who helped with this past season.

Announced Jim Chihak will be the Dome Ball Coordinator for the 26-27 season.

Regarding that. Randy also said that he and other league members have and are going to attend Meetings put on by City/College/Public officials. At the point of this meeting, it seems probable that there will be a dome next season.

Website/Technology/Report---Joe Koerner reported on the Player Participation Survey he sent out recently.

66 Players are committed to both M & W.    30+ players are entered as M or W.

Joe also said that he is only allowed to send 30 emails per day, That means that some of you will receive emails before others do,  Be patient. They will come.

Jersey Orders---Deb W. reported that 4 new sets of jerseys have arrived.  Old jerseys are available.  All players and sponsors may have some. The staff members at Charlie's Pub & Eatery sometimes wear them. If you want one,Just ask.

Twins Tickets---Melissa D. asked Randy to report that we still have many tickets available.  There are some limitations.  If you get tickets, you MUST use them.  If you do not, we may not get more in the future. There have been people from outside our league that have asked if they could get tickets that we have available.  NO, they can not. these tickets are for league members in good standing.

New Business---Game with The MoonShots is on June 23. Time to be determined.  Matt Hallack Pitched for us last year for a game in Byron.  Hopefully, he will organize the team for this year.  This year it is at Soldier's Field.   Fun times were had for many RMSS players.

Randy has arranged for us to pour beer for tips at RochesterFest. Sign-up will come out later.

Kent B. reported that he has enough players to hand out beer at the D&R Star Pool Tourney.  Again for tips   Ben Borgan will report on the fund raiser at our next meeting.

The first session draft will be held on April 29th at the Legion. We have over 100 players signed up.

Many players were interested in being team managers.  We discussed this at length.  Bill Klein, Bill Goose & Chuck Brand offered to step aside as managers to let others have the opportunity.  Some of the teams will have co-managers.  The managers are...

American Legion--Willis Gall.    Charlie's Pub & Eatery--Eldon Anderson & Deb Warnke.     Edward Jones--Casey Doe.

Prime Time Health--Jim Chihak.     Black's Automotive Repair--Pat Thusius & Karl Angenes.    Eagles--Jim Goodman.     Pannakoeken--Kent Burinsma & Phillip Sample.  Shorewood Senior Campus--Tom Kowalewski.       The first games are May 2.

Bill VW. said there is a potential fund raiser available.  Jim Cooke used to organize it.  Pizza Ranch in Stewartville.  We bus tables and stuff for tips.  June 14th is available.

From 4pm to 8:45pm.  We need 6-8 people per shift. shifts can be split.  If you work, the buffet is about $4.

One of our long time fans, some time player, and overall Great Guy, Joe Jennison passed away. Our Condolences were shared.
